Shock Doctor, the official mouthguard of the NBA, releases basketball-specific mouthguard line featuring league and team logos

Fountain Valley, Calif. (February 15, 2017) - Leading athletic protection and performance brand Shock Doctor announced today the launch of a new line of NBA and team-branded mouthguards as part of their multiyear partnership with the league. The new collection, developed specifically for basketball, uses Shock Doctor's Ultra Basketball technology with key features like better breathability and speakability in a comfortable, low profile design. The line will be launching on Friday and will be available on NBAStore.com, ShockDoctor.com and coming soon to a sporting goods retail location near you.

Our new collection of NBA-branded mouthguards was created for passionate athletes and devoted fans who closely follow the game and want to show their team spirit, said Tony Armand, CEO of United Sports Brands, the parent company of Shock Doctor. Research shows that NBA fans who play sports are concerned about injuries that could harm their teeth and gums, so we are thrilled to introduce this line of superior mouthguard products for basketball players at all levels."

Through the marketing campaign, Guard Your Team, Shock Doctor will work with some of the NBA's top talent including 2017 NBA All-Stars DeMarcus Cousins and Kevin Love, to promote the new line and encourage mouthguard adoption while playing basketball.
