TRIMMING: If trimming is required, remove your current insoles and trim these Shock Doctor insoles to match, or use the trim lines on the bottom of this insole. Trim the minimum amount and retry them in your shoes. Trim more if necessary.
WASHING: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Air dry.
