Eject EMT/First Responder Helmet Removal Kit w/ CO2 Inflator

This Eject Emergency Helmet Removal System EMT Kit helps first responders and emergency room workers safely remove helmets when there is no Eject device installed in the helmet, without risking further aggravation of any potential cervical neck injury by applying further movement to the head or neck. The Eject bladder is inserted into the helmet using the EMT insertion tool and then can be inflated with the CO² Inflator and Cartridge to remove the victim’s helmet. One CO² cartridge included.
